• Schön gelegenes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

  Mein Mann, unsere beiden 17 und 15- jährigen Kinder und ich haben zwei Wochen im Casa Atlantico verbracht und uns sofort wohlgefühlt ! Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll elegant und geschmackvoll. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die große Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Steilküste. Zum Frühstücken eignet sich die Terrasse. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines kleinen Ortes, der im Vergleich zu den größeren Nachbarorten noch nicht verbaut ist. Die Umgebung ist teilweise schön - Buchten Praia de Carvalho, Praia de Marinha, Alga Seco und Lagos - teilweise aber arg verbaut - Amacao de Pera, Portdimao. Insgesamt hat uns der erste Urlaub an der Algarve gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

• Terrific Property in an Amazing Location

  Our family of 4 (2 children ages 6 and 8) just stayed at Casa Atlantico for 6 days, and we could not be happier. The property was clean and well equipped and was a very nice size for our family. We loved the rooftop patio, and enjoyed breakfasts and even one dinner up top with it's spectacular views of the ocean. We also loved having a small BBQ/grill in the front yard for cooking. Our young boys loved the shared swimming pool which was well maintained, and also the 2 beaches that are within a short walk from the property. Be careful of the nearby cliffs if you have young children, but if you are careful, the cliffs offer a wonderful view/experience for a family stroll. The onsite property management was helpful and offered good suggestions for day trip options (we did the Wildwatch Dolphin tour out of Ferragudo which was excellent). Information and instructions that were sent with confirmation were very detailed, and the information provided inside the unit on appliances and local services were a great help. We highly recommend this property for those seeking an affordable place with spectacular sea views and access. Thank you Angela!

• Loved the Location

  This was a perfect place for our visit to the Algarve. Benagil is a small community that was very relaxing to return to after exploring the region or great to just stay around the area for the day. The pool was large and often we were there by ourselves. We enjoyed Casa Atlantico, it met all our needs plus more. The roof top terrace was a favorite, the property was clean and tidy, the trails for the cliff walks were just minutes away, there was easy access to get to the beach and restaurants. The property is well described and what we expected. The manager when needed was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and would recommend to others. We really enjoyed this end of the road tucked away location.

• Wonderful Home on Cliffs in Algarve

  My wife and I have travelled to the Algarve twice a year for over 15 years. During that period of time we have stayed at a number of properties. This year, (2016) we stayed at Casa Atlantico, in Benagil. This was a marvelous residence, on the cliffs. It was spotlessly clean, with all of the modern amenities one would wish for. The property managers were first rate. The owner of the home was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return in the fall. We can't say enough good things about this excellent rental.

• Perfect place for a holiday

  I thought I had submitted this review when we got back from our holiday last year - it was only when I went to re-book for this year that I realised I hadn't! So here goes.... I went here with my wife and 15-year old daughter last June. We all agreed that this was a perfect holiday location (for us anyway - if you are looking for night-life, then this might not be YOUR perfect location). Main attractions here were the 2 lovely beaches within about 10 minutes walking distance. Both beaches are small, but certainly were never too packed when we were there. There is also a shared pool at this location, though as other people have mentioned, we would often have it to ourselves. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance; one was a bit mediocre (not bad), and others that we went to were very nice. Staff were very nice in all the restaurants. We hired a car which was handy for shopping - it's about 4 miles to nearest shops (as far as I know) so I don't think we would have managed otherwise. The only other possible downside is that the area is quite hilly - this suited me as it was very scenic, but it might not suit someone with mobility difficulties. The house itself was lovely. It had everythng we needed in terms of furniture and utensils, etc. Also had a nice table and chairs in the front porch which we used for lunches sometimes. The big attraction was the rooftop terrace - apart from being a good place to hang out your washing, we would often head up in the evening to sit at the table and chairs there and have a drink watching the sun go down over the cliffs - a nice start to our evening. The house is part of a development of houses, but it is a very quiet locatioin nonetheless. All in all, we found this to be a perfect holiday location for us. The area was always quiet and peaceful despite the fact that there were 2 splendid beaches beside us. If you want a relaxing holiday, it would be hard to do better in my opinion.
