Good but a/c was not working well
4/5 The condo was pretty great, however the AC was not working very efficiently even with closing the outside rolling shade all day. It was brought up to the managing team the first night we were there so hopefully it will be fixed for future renters. Overall the space was great. Plenty of room to spread out and the balcony was beautiful to hang out on.

5/5 Great location. Condo was fantastic as was the swimming pool & hot tub. Appreciated the condo cleanliness and equipped with all necessary extras. We would definitely book this listing again!

Old Scottsdale Maya Villa
5/5 Well Located in Phoenix, Arizona- close to restaurants, shopping, hiking. The complex has a heated pool and large hot tub. The unit was well equipped and quiet.
Sometimes grounds keepers run VERY LOUD leaf blowers inside the common / pool area too early in the morning.
We had a minor plumbing issue and the EVOLVE folks and owner tool care of it quickly. We hope to return next year.
