3/5 We found property just okay. There were no instructions for any of the appliances, no beach towels, etc. hard to figure out the "smart" TV's. Oven was not clean; no instruction manuals for how to operate the convection feature for oven, etc. We will not stay here again.

Our exceptional team is always prepared to swiftly address any issues that might arise and impact their experience. As such, we were very surprised to hear your feedback as we did not receive any communication from you during your 2-month stay. We ask all our guests to reach out with any issues that might come up while at the property so that we have a chance to make things better.
- All of the appliances are standard, however, we can understand that some guests might not be familiar with the brands and need more instructions. For that purpose, the original appliance manuals can be found located in one of the kitchen cabinets. Had we been made aware, we would have promptly responded, and been more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have had for a more enjoyable stay.
- In regard to your comment about beach towels. We take our listing accuracy seriously and do not advertise beach towels as being a provided amenity, but we're sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver"
