  I hesitate to give this positive review because I want to keep this place to ourselves! The owner deserves full credit, however, so here we go. This was our second time at the property (and not our last). The house is wonderfully laid out and decorated. It was just my wife and I this time but we had our granddaughter stayed with us the first time we were there. There is plenty of room to gather and take advantage of the open floor plan, but also space between the front and back bedrooms and bathrooms to give privacy when desired. Outside, there are three separate sitting areas that allow you to enjoy the pool regardless of the weather situation. It faces south so there is always plenty of sun, but also provides shaded spots if desired. Again, we look forward to coming back.

• Wonderful stay in Scottsdale

  I had a fantastic stay at this home in Scottsdale. The space was well-appointed, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable, making for great nights of rest.

  The host has clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome—small amenities like an extra toothbrush, razor, and Q-tips were much appreciated. The welcome gift of local goods was a particularly nice touch that made the stay feel even more special.

  Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for place to stay in Scottsdale. I’d definitely return!

• Arizona Car Week

  My brother-in-law and I spent a week and a half enjoying all the collector car auctions throughout the Phoenix area in late January. This home was centrally located, close to a shopping center on a quiet cul-de-sac. It suited our needs perfectly.... a central kitchen/living area and two separate suites on either side of the house (plus a third bedroom that went unused). The home was immaculately clean and was well outfitted..... new silverware, plates, glasses and all the other essentials. The spice cabinet had spices, there were condiments in the fridge and everything was there from coffee maker cups to dishwasher soap to Saran Wrap. The ultimate was that all the propane cylinders (for the many fire pits and grill) were completely new and full.... even a spare in the garage. We couldn't have been happier with this rental and are already planning to come back next year.

  Check-in/out was easy. The home is wonderful, we used to live in this area and were so happy to stay here. Excellent hikes, restaurants, and access to the metro from this location. 10/10 would stay again.

• Best short term rental I’ve booked

  This property is clean and comfortable and the guest contact Stephanie makes herself available if you need anything. I have stayed at many properties and this one is by far the cleanest and the most thoughtful. I appreciated the welcome gift upon arrival as well. Will definitely book again.
