Perfect time of year
4/5 Great location. Loved the pool. Nice and quiet.
Scottsdale trip
5/5 I enjoyed the condo ver much. It was Clean and efficient and in a wonderful location. It was easy to live there for three weeks. It was only about a half mile from 101 and right off of McDonald Road which leads to all of the other major streets like Scottsdale Road. The condo is very close to old Scottsdale and the fashion Square.

Good Location
4/5 Overall, the condo was perfect for two couples with a few exceptions. We experienced a hiccup the first night because the bed had no slats to support the mattress. This made for a sleepless first night but the manager replaced the base the next day and all was good with the bed. We spent some evenings relaxing in the living room which meant at least one person was uncomfortable. The couch was ok but the other chairs were hard and anything but comfortable. It really was the biggest draw back of the condo. Some comfortable chairs would have gone a long way to really make this the perfect stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and it made cooking easy. We also liked the location, near to Old Scottsdale and easy access to the Hwy.

Awesome location
5/5 I would stay here again. Good location. Secure. Walk to pool, walkway on Greenbelt is across the street. Well stocked. 2 car garage. Bikes and tennis rackets available for use.

Awesome location
5/5 This might be my best rental yet. The location is close to Scottsdale blvd, Fashion Square and Old Scottsdale and I could walk out the door to the greenbelt and go for walks every morning. It felt safe and secure, and had everything I needed (except a microwave which I didn't need). I hope this is available when I look to book in the future. There are bikes and tennis rackets available and the place has 2 pools and a tennis court.

It is in a cabinet rather than out on the counter. The owner is always available to help if guests have trouble finding anything while in residence.
