Beautifully Appointed, Well-located
4/5 This condo is in a beautifully maintained, gated community. The condo itself has all the comforts and is quiet. A pool with 2 hot tubs and a fitness center along with a lighted tennis court are a short walk. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location is close to many hiking trails in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. There is close access to Rt 101 so you can reach many points in Scottsdale and Phoenix easily.

4/5 Great unit and well furnished. Close to golf and other points of interest. Quiet area. Perfect for a short visit to Scottsdale. It is an upstairs unit.

This was my first experience with a long term rental.
4/5 Great location which was easy to get to many key areas. The condo was well stocked with quality provisions. The property manager was excellent in terms of her responsiveness and resolving any initial concerns. I have already left my other feedback for the owners.
