    Really nice just on the renovations to the property and felt really modern and cozy. The location was quiet and the outdoor areas were relaxing. We even saw some deer and coyotes relaxing with the family outside.

    For what I paid for six nights the place is marginal. Steep driveway, unbearable parking. And a neighbor right next door, no privacy and noisy. The inside needs a thorough cleaning, the bathroom drawers had dirty tissues inside, gross. The pantry in the kitchen is a horrible disorganized mess.

    - We include details about the steep driveway in our property listing, and we offer two parking options: one at the top of the driveway and a second-level option at the bottom of the driveway near the street with stairs and railings for convenience.
    - The neighbor next door also runs a vacation rental, and while we understand privacy is important, we’ve never received noise complaints in our 80+ previous reviews.
    - Cleanliness is something we take seriously and are praised for, so we were disappointed to hear about your experience. We were in touch during your stay and would have gladly sent our cleaning team to address any concerns had we been made aware.

    I’ve stayed at a lot of property’s and this is by far my favorite stay I’ve had!! The place is GORGEOUS! It’s so cozy and homey! Super clean and well maintained! Beautiful trees all around, perfect location and close to Goldwater lake which is a great place to take the family!! The stay was even more special because of the thoughtfulness and intentionality of the amenities! So many things to help make our stay with our baby and dogs x10000 easier! They really did think of anything we could’ve needed and had it for us! The owners are great at communicating and invested in helping make your stay the best it can be. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and will definitely be back!!!
