4/5 House was easy to locate, close to downtown/shopping. Neighborhood was nice, felt safe walking with my kids. The house was fair for the price point. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools/platters etc. we had some trouble with the heater but the owner was responsive and brought over a few plug ins. The coffee make was broken both the brewing pot and kcup side. We had to run out to buy a coffeemaker, there were no papertowels and only used sponges. If you like a firm bed you’re in luck all 4 beds are super firm. All in all it worked for our needs for the weekend and Prescott is a really beautiful place to visit in every season.

5/5 3/5 The location and neighborhood are great. The house design allowed seven females to comfortably stay. The Mountain view from the deck was wonderful. We were not able to reach the property manager to let her know there were not enough towels and the split unit was dripping. This is a nice property we would stay at again if the communication during the stay improved.
