Our mom and dad getaway
5/5 My husband and I came to getaway for the weekend. It was our first time away from our son since he was born and it was so amazing to just be able to reconnect and relax in this adorable studio. Perry and his wife are so sweet. Perry brought their dogs over shortly after we got checked in to introduce himself and let us know they were there if we needed them. This studio was perfect for us. We saw some deer right off the balcony. So cute!

Thumb butte studio
5/5 We loved staying at Julie and Parry's studio home! Absolutely gorgeous view, perfect accomodations for us two seniors. We had everything we needed and with a surprise snowfall, Parry was quick to plow so we could travel on. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Short stay

Wonderful cozy studio
5/5 We stayed 2 nights. We were quite comfortable. Then owner was kind enough to show us how everything worked when we first got there, but he was not intrusive and didn't stay long. He showed my boyfriend where the wood was. We were then able to make a quick run to the local Fry's super market to pick up a few things for dinner that night and breakfast. There is an electric stover top. Not the best but very usable, pots, utensils, and some condiments available at the studio.
The place was clean, quiet. The back deck has stunning views. The fireplace is visible from everywhere in the studio (except the bathroom and kitchen).
A few adjustments could be made to make the place more comfortable such as insuring that all blinds and curtains actually cover the window fully to ensure privacy. Also, the bathroom door did not close fully. It would not latch so you sort of just push it to the door jam but cannot fully close or lock it. That could be awkward for some people. But those were minor to my boyfriend and me. The good far outweighed any of that. I would most definitely book this place again. 😊
Tranquility
5/5 I absolutely loved staying in this little hideaway. It was perfect to escape the Phoenix heat and relax. The studio was more spacious than I anticipated. It’s a little guest house that is separate from the main house and very private. It has a beautiful balcony with a stunning view. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood with my little pup. Even though it feels tucked away, it’s only about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row. I can’t say enough good things and I will definitely be back!
