Beyond our expectations
5/5 The condition of this home was A+. The layout of this home was very desirable. The owner has invested much to make renter's stay relaxing by providing great front door deck and rear door deck areas to read or just plain kick back. The garage conversion to a usable living area is fantastic! Upon entering this home the owner's pride of ownership is very apparent. The beds were comfortable and two full baths offer much personal comfort space. This will be our first choice for a rental when our vacation plans call for a return to Pinetop in future years.

5/5 We absolutely loved this little place the outside porches were absolutely peaceful and the split living areas were great the ladies went one way the men went another and it was just a great cozy place overall. And the communication with the host was awesome really felt like we were hanging out with friends or family thank you
