  • Pinetop cabin

    This is a cute little cabin in the woods in an eclectic neighborhood with some well-kept and some not-so-well-kept homes. The king bed was firm, but comfortable. The trees provided shade, helping to keep it cool inside and there were ceiling fans that helped on warmer days as well. There were no screens on the windows, however, allowing bugs to get in at night. The WiFi wasn’t working for our 5-day stay and although the property manager always responded to our texts quickly, no one was able to come take a look at it. The owners kindly gave us a small refund.

    From the owner: "Thank you for staying with us! We apologize for the WiFi issue, no guests had that issue previously and when the tech was able to go out, he found no issues and guests have since been able to use it without any issues. The entire cabin has screens, unfortunately you came at a time that they were being replaced.
    Thank you for bringing both of these to our attention."

  • Great location and views from the back patio

    The cabin is true to the advertisement. The cabin is nicely decorated and roomy. Particularly loved the full size shower in the master bath. The back yard is fully fenced which was appreciated by me and our dog. The management team was very responsive to our needs.

  • Mountain weekend

    We were in Pinetop for the weekend and it was a perfect place for our family to stay. We all loved the bear themed decor and the 13 year old loved the garage area with all the games. We had a little trouble finding the place at night in the dark. The address sign was not visible with the flood light above it and we drove around for a quite awhile. Eventually we found it and had a wonderful time in the mountains.
