Disappointed
2/5 Way overpriced for condition of home though we do appreciate the discount.
Home needs some maintenance and cleaning:
All bathroom sinks downstairs backed up!
Carpets stained
Coffee pot was very dirty
Back patio dirty, dusty and full of cobwebs
Picnic table surface peeling and dirty
Grill was gross, couldn’t use
Pool table sticks were not usable but corrected the second day with new ones
I had to tighten the screws on the entry door latch
Chad did respond to our concerns but could not address all, we appreciate that very much
Location of home was nice
Great place!
