First stay in Pinetop
5/5 Amazing cabin & had a great time!! We enjoyed the cabin more than Pinetop itself. This was our first time to Pinetop. Cabin had everything we needed.. beds were very comfortable and our two young kids loved the bay sitting window looking out into the forest. The yard & deck was perfect for hanging out & kids played in backyard picking up pinecones & digging & playing hide and seek amongst the trees. Our dogs had a blast too and were welcomed by the neighbors dogs visits thru the fence. Kitchen had everything we needed & lots of games too for the kids. It was a very nice place to stay.. would definitely recommend and come again!

5/5 Just as described... very peaceful and private. great for dogs. We visited in early October and we could hear a couple elk bugling like crazy just into the forest across the road in the mornings - very cool!

Location was good, cabin was not.
2/5 Old large dusty cobwebs inside and out. Mice droppings in the kitchen and bathroom. Definitely not recommended.

Hi Amanda, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to extend their sincere apologies. They wanted to assure you that immediate actions are being taken:
-The property will be treated for mice, including setting traps on the exterior and under the home to prevent any reentry.
-The cleaning team will now add spiderweb removal as a checklist item for every visit to ensure both the interior and exterior are maintained regularly, though please note that being in a forested area can sometimes make this an ongoing challenge.
-The homeowner also plans to work closely with the cleaning company to ensure these issues are addressed with more attention to detail going forward.
We understand how disappointing this experience must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The homeowner would love to personally follow up with you to offer an apology and a discount on a future stay.
