The cabin was perfect for a long weekend away. We were very glad we were able to bring our dogs along. They enjoyed a very large, fenced in backyard where they could explore. There were a couple of spots where the gates meet that have a little space, our dogs are medium sized so we didn't need to worry about them escaping. The cabin had all the amenities to make the weekend very relaxing and help us leave all the cares behind.
It has been mentioned that there are a lot of spider webs. Since we are in the forest, that was to be expected. There were probably more than we originally anticipated and some kept us from opening all the windows and enjoying the furniture outside as much as we originally planned. Rain was also a factor in that though.
Everything in the cabin is top of the line. There was a coffee maker and espresso machine (that I am still wishing I had in my kitchen). All the pots, pans, and dishes you need. The tv system comes with the ability to watch tv, movies, play music, etc. Whatever you need to make your time most enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were a great quality.
The host was very welcoming and checked in before our stay with helpful suggestions, and answered any questions/concerns immediately.
We would definitely stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The cabin was just like the pictures, beautiful and comfortable. The amenities were top notch. The yard was perfect for our dog. We look forward to another visit.
Beautiful lot with an A Frame cabin. This is someones home so it is well stocked with nice appliances and dishes. The television in the master bedroom upstairs only plays DVDs. The cleaning people are doing a good job, but not great. We saw an Elk and a wild horse walking by and beautiful Stellar Jays.

Cabin was perfect for our small family for a quick weekend cooling off getaway. Definitely felt like we were hidden in the woods.Beds and sofa sleeper were comfortable.Verizon cell coverage was basically non-existent so we relied on the internet while in the house to load directions before leaving. Although the internet is best used for light surfing but we did not go up there to use the internet so it wasn’t an issue for us. If you are planning on doing anything that requires a fast connection you’ll want to know ahead of time.Owners were great with communication before heading up and even provided great directions for us since we would be arriving in the dark since it really is pitch black there.Fenced yard was fenced but there was a section where our dog could have gotten out so we were unable to let him roam around/play without a leash so that was a little disappointing. It looked like the garbage truck at some point had gotten stuck in the gravel driveway and made large deep tracks getting in/out creating a large gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground. I docked a star on the accuracy of description for this as we had chose this cabin because of the fenced yard thinking we’d be able to let our dog off leash.Kitchen had everything we needed with nice new appliances.Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, travel shampoo & soaps.Cabin was very clean.Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great accept for the infestation of spiders . Truly have never seen so many spider webs short of a haunted house. Property needs a professional pest control service to clean the huge amount of spider webs mostly on outside front and back porch areas. They are starting to get inside the house also . Had to kill five spiders inside house. Should not rent a place in that condition.
