Cozy rental
5/5 Very clean and beds were comfortable. We did alot of fishing during the days but needed a nice shower and bed to sleep.

Mother's Day Stay
5/5 This is an absolutely fantastic condo! Fully remodeled and beautifully appointed, it had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay.

Great stay
5/5 Myself, husband, 14 & 17 yr old sons, and their 2 friends and my 2 dogs all stayed in the home. We had plenty of space and had a great time. Pinetop received a ton of snow that weekend. A few suggestions, there was no shovel so we had to use a broom to move the snow, the stairs did get super icey and I had to push my dog up the stairs as she couldn't get a grip, the logs for the fire were wet and wouldn't burn so we had to go get new logs and there was no matches. Even with these fw issues, I would highly recommend this rental. Our issues were rare and don't happen very often so I wouldn't hold these issues against the owner. Some huge positives, someone did come plow the parking lot so we could get out, the heaters worked well in the unit, minus one bedroom didn't have one at all. We did bring an extra TV & our xbox with us so the boys could play in their room and we could watch a movie. Mary the property manager was very nice and very responsive. I would stay here again.

Gracious Host - Clean - Updated - Great Location!
4/5 Evolve had us booked in another rental and less than a week before our trip, they canceled us due to double booking from owner. Evolve graciously helped us find this rental last minute and it didn't disappoint.
Condo was clean and beautifully decorated! We appreciated the extra many games available, blankets in the closets, the fans and the heaters in bathrooms (nice touch). The host was very responsive when we needed something and was agreeable to bringing our pets.
We would recommend and would return again!
