  Taro house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The house is very modern and stylish. Everything was brand new and very clean. There are labels everywhere so everything is easily located. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.Great location, stores/casino/clubs no more than 10-20 min away. Dean and Ralica were extremely responsive and helpful. Loved the heated pool, definitely a great touch! Perfect for a girls weekend!

• No heat in the pool

  This was a nice vacation home and with the exception of some minor issues could easily be a 5 star rental. The heater in the pool obviously was not working, water temperature stayed between 73 and 75 degrees but I did get refunded for the additional money for pool heating. Also the bedrooms did not have dressers for storage. Other than that my family did enjoy the week we were there, it was very relaxing and a very beautiful rental close to everything.

  Beautiful home. Loved it! Perfect for a group of 8. Plenty of towels for showers and pool. Complimentary items A+, Laundry pods for about 8- 10 loads, shower items. Large refridgerator and pantry, plenty of complimentary coffee to start. If you're coming in late enough complimentary items to begin your stay stress free. Very quite safe area. Close to stores and activities. Outdoor games, flotation devices and goggles for the pool. You can't go wrong reserving this property.

• Comfortable home away from home

  My husband and I stayed in Tranquil on the Taro for a few days while on a recent trip to Phoenix. It was perfect for what we were needing. It was about 35 minutes from Boulders OHV Staging Area, which we had an early morning offroad tour the first morning, and about 25 minutes from State Farm Stadium where we had Metallica/Pantera tickets at for Friday evening. The house is also located near several restaurants, dispensaries -- we used The Giving Tree, and they were fantastic -- grocery stores, and pretty much anything else you may need. It was just my husband and I so we got to choose our bedroom, which we chose the king size bed upstairs because the room had a ceiling fan and it's own a/c control. (We're Texans and sleeping cold with moving air is a must!) Both bathrooms are downstairs, but the primary bath was perfect. Water pressure was on point, and I loved that the shower has a detachable Delta head -- we have a similar Delta detachable head at our home. There was also a spray nosel on the toilet for extra cleanliness. They also supply you with Dove shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap, so I didn't even have to pull out my soaps. The hall cabinet has plenty of towels, hand towels and wash rags.

  The best part of this house is, without a doubt, the backyard, which we put to good use. The pool was refreshing after the OTV tour. It is cooled and was the perfect temperature no matter the time of day. The waterfall is a nice addition to the pool to help drown the sounds, although you don't hear much regardless. They have a pile of floats to use, as well as a corn hole board that we didn't use. There is also a fire pit, but being in the desert during a burn ban and intense dry season, it is prohibited to use, but it was 100° at 9pm, so there was no need for additional heat. We tried to use the propane grill, but it ran out of gas.

  The kitchen had all cooking essentials you may need. They also had coffee pods, sugar, foil, freezer bags, paper plates, and an ice maker. All we really had to do was bring our food to cook and grab some creamer.

  Overall, this house was sufficient for what we needed it for and was a comfortable.

  We had a pleasant stay. The room were great. House was clean. The outdoor area was Fantastic!! Loved the pool, yard games and pool toys. Waterfall made a nice ambiance at night along with the lights. All our questions we had were answered promptly. Nice appliances and kitchen to cook meals. We would definitely stay here again. The king size beds were very comfortable. The other two beds were firmer. Loved the pillows and bedding.
