Not as advertised
1/5 It’s not my intention to sound rude as I write this review however, I’ll be direct & honest with my words. This home was not as the pictures/site made it out to be. Aside from the home looking worn & in need of repairs here are some of the issues found:
-Both couches were stained & looked dirty
-The kitchen smelled of mold in some areas
-The kitchen sink fixture was broken & had tape on it.
-The downstairs bathroom toilet looked old, damaged, & stained like it needed to be replaced.
-The freezer was dirty, something had been spilled in the ice area
-There were old pet feces in the dirt area on the patio, along with someone’s food trash
-The washing machine lid was broken at one of the hinges
-Sheets left in the washing machine
-Wet towels in the linen closet
-Hair in the bathtub & floor in the upstairs bathroom.
-Dirty dishes in the cabinets.
-Lock to the back gate was broken (you can lock it from the inside but the key didn’t open it from the outside).
-The sliding screen door was torn at the base
-The window screen in the 2nd bedroom was broken
-Paint stains on different areas & furniture throughout the house.
-One of the neighbors kept taking the assigned covered parking spot
I took pictures of all these issues upon our arrival & did inform the property manager the next day. Although they stated they appreciated the notification, I’m not convinced they weren’t previously aware of some of these issues, many of them are hard to miss.
The beds were comfortable & the AC worked well however I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here until proper cleaning & repairs are done.
