4/5 Home was very clean, nice location and easy to find. The kids loved the backyard! Beds were not queen size as advertised but full size. A welcome booklet would have been appreciated with instructions on wifi, cleaning/checkout, TVs, pool, etc. Overall a great place to stay.

3/5 The hosts responses were timely to the many texts we sent, however, not all were resolved. We seemed to have problems each day. Broken unusable drawer in bathroom; fridge water filter replaced; broken irrigation causing puddle in back yard; dryer didn’t work and was replaced with a broken unit. We hung our clothes to dry on pool fence.Kitchen amenities were good except we bought dish soap and lighter for bbq that wouldn’t light. Not getting a good nights sleep due to 3 of 4 beds which are extremely firm and uncomfortable. Mattress toppers would help. I used 2 blankets under sheet to create some softness. Floors were very dirty. Maintenance is needed.

4/5 House was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice the playground swings are broken so only the slide can be used. Fire alarms beeped constantly in the bedrooms. Plug for outdoor lights is a hazard broken with metal exposed. Overall nice place to stay just a few minor things that need to be repaired.

4/5 Great stay just wish I was notified someone was staying outside 2 of the bedroom windows that was a little alarming when I looked out and all I saw was a man’s feet dangling outside the door of a built room and beer cans next to him. I didn’t even know this right away because I didn’t think to look out those windows

5/5 This property was everything my family expected and more. The host was quick to reply if needed and even accommodated our early arrival in Phoenix. No complaints. We will definitely look to stay here again on the next trip.
