• Nice Place. Great Location. Not Clean!

  Checked in on a Sunday and it looked like Sunday morning after a fraternity party! Nothing was clean. Beds had been slept in, dirty towels left throughout the house, bathrooms were disgusting, and food left in kitchen and living room. The property manager was great and huddled over to make it right, but you can unsee certain things.

• SEVERAL ISSUES

  Upon arrival we noticed home smaller then pictured not a huge inconvenience

  Since it ended up being only 4 adults and 1 Kid. We planned on doing our egg hunt and realized grass hadn't been cut. We then realized that the propane tank was almost empty. We had to go refill it ourselves so we wouldn't run out in the middle of our cook out. When getting ready to go to bed one of the rooms had very dirty comforter and sheets. We had to wash them ourselves. Both bathrooms were out of toilett paper and we had to go buy some. The location is very convenient but do need new Janitorial/landscaping/maintenance services.

• 2024 Long Stay

  The house was nice in a convenient location. However, the back yard was not a yard. It was a dirt bed filled with weeds.The sprinkler head had blown before we got there and the yard was complete mud. Barely useable for the dog The exterior had no maintenance in a long time. The contact person was extremely difficult to connect with. After 2 weeks the landscaping crew finally showed up to gather leaves and weed eat the yard (We had to buy a rake to move leaves). That was the only time anyone showed up.

  Needed to be cleaned at check in, management was fast responding to the cleaning crew who probably forgot. Wish i had control of temperature was a bit cold for one of our family members. Everything else was nice
