This Condo was Perfect for Us
5/5 This second floor condo was just as described and a provided us with a very comfortable 31 day stay. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the wildlife and listening to the fountain. Furniture was comfortable and updated - especially the master bedroom mattress. There are many condos in this area but it was quiet and welcoming. There is a small, cool water pool across the parking lot and a larger, heated pool a short distance away. Our check in was troublesome as the key code did not work. That was remedied quickly with a call to the local management agent. Also after a few days stay we notified them of a slight issue which was corrected without delay .
The location is walkable to restaurants, local Y, and a park. Grocery stores are not far away, either.
We would definitely return and utilize Evolve as our rental resource.
