• Lovely Condo in a Safe and Nice Area

  The house had everything we needed in it. We stayed for a little less than a week to go to a conference at the Biltmore. It was about a 5-minute walk to the Biltmore area, which was perfect for us. Check-in and check-out were easy. Someone managing the house texts you about an hour before check in with a code to the house. They were very helpful and responsive. They were able to talk to the owner for us about our stay.

  The house had a full kitchen, 2.5 baths, and 2 beds. You could easily fit 4 people there. There was also a pull-out couch. Very nice living room with a glass dining room table. The toilets had a bidet attachment to them. We used the dishwasher to clean some of the dishes, which worked well. We did not get a chance to use the washing machine, but there was a full set upstairs and detergent. The house was equipped with full bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The lotion was especially helpful for the dry Arizona heat. The place has AC, but can only be set to a low of 72 degrees and a high of 85. There are vents throughout the place and angled right at the dining room table, which was refreshing.

  The area was gated with a security guard. There were two gates to enter the property (East and West). The house is closer to the West gate. If calling an Uber to the front of the property, you will need to call the gate guard to let them know to let them in. We found it easier to walk out the back and then walk to the entrance of another community to call for a car. The condo came with keys to open up the back door, which led us to a sidewalk by the golf course and to the street. This let us pass the guard post entrance (which saved us time in the morning). You could also go through the front, and then there was a key for the gate. There was also a key to the balcony on the second floor in the master bedroom.

  We wish we were able to stay for longer. The bed in the master bedroom was soft and comfortable. The condo also had a box fan, and an ironing board and iron in the closet.

• Satisfactory property, but needs updating

  This was our second stay at Rose Lane. While the location and complex are nice, the unit itself is showing its age. Unfortunately, this will be our last time staying here. Despite the air conditioner running, and the rest of the unit very comfortable, the upstairs master bedroom was stifling hot. If I had to guess, I would say it was at least 80 degrees in there, if not more. Sleeping at night was brutal. So uncomfortable! Despite having the ceiling fan blowing, as well as a box fan blowing, that bedroom would never cool down. I'm not sure what the issue is, but staying at this location again is unfortunately out of the question. Also, the landscaping around the patio needs to be pruned or removed. The bushes are encroaching on usable patio space. Several pieces of furniture in the condo could use updating as they are cracked and aged. For the rental fee charged, this condo needs to be updated.

  - The A/C issue in the upstairs master bedroom was due to the batteries being removed from the thermostat control, which caused a loss of connectivity. This has since been addressed and fully resolved.
  - The landscaping around the patio is managed by the HOA. After receiving your feedback, we followed up with them, and they’ve taken care of the overgrown bushes.
  - We appreciate your input on the furniture, and the homeowner is evaluating potential updates to enhance guest comfort.

• Excellent townhouse in Biltmore

  One of our favorite rentals in Phoenix.

  Great location on the Biltmore golf course; you can walk to the hotel for breakfast or coffee and then watch the golfers from the patio. Nicely furnished.

  Close to everything in central Phoenix/PV.
