Summer vacation
5/5 My family and I had a great time staying in this house! The location was perfect for us. Communication with the owners was great and they were very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again for sure!

Wow! This property is a surprising gem in the desert
5/5 A group of us were in town for an event at Ben Avery. This home was the cleanest and most welcoming property I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect- close enough for convenience but set away just enough for privacy, peace and amazing views of the deserts sweeping skies. Very well maintained and clean home. The ping pong table was a lot of fun too- and the large driveway was welcomed. We even arrived to some fresh flowers, drinks, and light snacks. I will definitely look for availability at this home any time we are in the North Phoenix area.

5/5 Very clean, nicely updated and maintained. It was perfect for our fishing trip as it allowed us room for boat parking. Quiet area, no issues. The one odd thing is there isn't a TV. Missing Monday night football was a disappointment.

5/5 Newly remodeled. Clean, easy and spacious. Awesome place to walk dogs, stretch and enjoy. Beds are comfy and I slept great. No TVs yet so bring a Bluetooth speaker. Host was very responsive.
