Nice place for family gathering
5/5 Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. Spacious pool and backyard area with grill, plenty of seating, and pool toys. Fully equipped kitchen. The supposed “decibel meter” was a bit of a damper, as I was always worried a loud family game would exceed whatever the acceptable level was.

Great family gathering place
5/5 Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool and surrounding patio was spacious with plenty of seating, pool toys, and a grill. We had a wonderful week together and would definitely stay here again!
Great Winter Getaway!
5/5 There was plenty of room and other necessities for our whole family. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well equipped! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The owner is very helpful and kind and responded to questions immediately.

Great House, Great Hosts
5/5 We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Gordon and Shannon were prompt with responses and easy to work with.
Very good communicators, great property
5/5 The property is well maintained and well situated in a refined neighborhood close to several South Mountain hiking trails. All manner of retail shopping and restaurants are within a short drive.
