Perfect pool weather
5/5 My family stayed for a long weekend for a wedding. It was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. Clean and modern. The pool was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Great trip!

Beautiful Comfortable Home
5/5 We stayed for a week, and this home was a perfect fit. We were all very comfortable, and plenty of space. The backyard was great for bbqing, swimming, playing catch, tanning, and relaxing. We appreciated the extra towels (both swimming and bathing), kitchen supplies, laundry, work space, and instructions on things within the house and around. Hiking was close by, and everywhere we went we could get there within 20 minutes. Groceries were only 5 minutes away. The communication with Gordon was greatly appreciated, and we felt very comfortable asking questions with timely response. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix.
Nice place for family gathering
5/5 Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. Spacious pool and backyard area with grill, plenty of seating, and pool toys. Fully equipped kitchen. The supposed “decibel meter” was a bit of a damper, as I was always worried a loud family game would exceed whatever the acceptable level was.

Great family gathering place
5/5 Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool and surrounding patio was spacious with plenty of seating, pool toys, and a grill. We had a wonderful week together and would definitely stay here again!
Great Winter Getaway!
5/5 There was plenty of room and other necessities for our whole family. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well equipped! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The owner is very helpful and kind and responded to questions immediately.
