The Best Part Was...
5/5 We REALLY enjoyed staying at "Modern Condo w Pool." The condo was perfect for us. The location was really convenient. Ken was an outstanding host-- easy to work with, great communication, purveyor of much useful local info.
Best of all for us, was that my wife kept saying, "They've thought of EVERYTHING!" The condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Many thanks! Will definitely come back, if our travels bring us back to Phoenix.

Clean, quiet, and centrally located
5/5 Pro’s: The place is very welcoming. Condo has lots of windows with a nice view off the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, except for large serving bowls. Plenty of towels, extra bed linens, pillows, spare shower gels, shampoos, and bars of soap. Walk-in closet is huge with plenty of hangers, 2 coolers, sun hats, games, even a bathrobe and slippers! Host is fantastic. Responded immediately anytime I texted him. Gave us great recommendations for nearby places of interest. The condo is one flight up and easy to access, with a full-sized pool and hot tub that you can walk to in under a minute. The parking space is covered from the elements.
Cons (fairly minor): The bed frame is a little bouncy and creaky when you turn over. The pullout is tough to close and also a little squeaky. There are no table lamps, only overhead lights which are very bright. There aren’t enough utensils to last you until the dishwasher is full, which is a pain and wastes water. The complex itself does not recycle ANYTHING.
Overall we were very happy with the condo and the host. I felt safe walking around both inside the complex and out. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. A thumbs up.
