Excellent condo
5/5 Really great all around. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, central location, neighbors were easy, great communication and support (even when i was the dumb one). I actually cant think of more that could have been done for the price. Will book again when I am in Phoenix!

Great place
5/5 Ken was a fantastic host. His place is very nice and clean. Everything he said or showed was correct. Ken gave us great info for things to do around the area. We had a small issue with the pool key and he took care of it immediately. (Not sure but could have been user error. 🤪). All in all our stay was perfect and we would stay again.
5/5 Great communication. Very caring. Wonderful accommodations. Highly recommend.

The Best Part Was...
5/5 We REALLY enjoyed staying at "Modern Condo w Pool." The condo was perfect for us. The location was really convenient. Ken was an outstanding host-- easy to work with, great communication, purveyor of much useful local info.
Best of all for us, was that my wife kept saying, "They've thought of EVERYTHING!" The condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Many thanks! Will definitely come back, if our travels bring us back to Phoenix.
