Great house, Great location, Great host and hostess
5/5 What not to like? Clean, well-kept house a short drive from the airport well stocked with everything you may need from a step stool to duct tape to enough cookware to cook any feast you want. A short drive to shopping, restaurants and tourist sights. Patrice and Decker were great and promptly answered our questions. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to the Phoenix area.
Nice neighborhood and host
5/5 We were so grateful to be close to the hospital while my husband had a lung transplant. It was nice when he came home because the house didn’t have any stairs to go up and down.
Patrice and Decker are the best hosts. Anything that needed fixing was taken care of immediately. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed walking our dog around there.
Short Stay
2/5 The neighborhood was great and property owners were very nice. However, the property wasn't professionally cleaned, and some of the décor and noises were a little frightening. I stayed one night out of the 9 nights that I reserved. I also noticed that reading glasses had been left behind while I was away.

Best Little Vacation Home
5/5 This property was such a blessing, it was a very nice home, very old and so much history, not only the homes in the area were all so nice, and people around the area were nice as well. It was centrally located to everything you could want. The Host Patrice she was just so refreshingand very kind and was always available. I will certainly book this RBNB for my family when they come for a stay.
