    We were told the pool had a waterfall but when we got there we were told the owners removed the device to operate it, also the pool had a vacuum that could not be turned off & was on at all times so when you tried to swim you would get caught up in the vacuum hose, it was very aggravating

    -Regarding the issue with the waterfall, we are perplexed as to why it was not operational during your recent stay, as it has been functioning perfectly. It's possible that there was a misunderstanding about how to activate it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and regret that this detracted from your experience.
    -The pool vacuum can easily be removed and placed outside on the pool deck while guests enjoy the pool. We regret any confusion regarding its operation that may have led to entanglement with the hose. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding.
    -We take great care to ensure that all necessary information is readily available to our guests. A comprehensive Welcome Book, including details on operating amenities like the waterfall and pool vacuum, is provided in our guest introduction guide, which is distributed to each guest upon arrival.

    Stayed here for a family wedding, played some gold, great location on the course, great layout. Clean, nice amenities! We really enjoyed our stay.

  • Beautiful Home!!! Horrible Host!!

    To begin, THIS HOME IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately, the host Cami was deplorable. First, I was given the incorrect gate and code entry instructions for the gated community. I called and text but did not receive a response until after I had to follow someone into the wrong entrance. I later informed Cami of the correct gate and instructions after I had to find out on my own. She never acknowledged this or apologized for the inconvenience. Upon entry, I immediately noticed that the refrigerator was not working due to the 2 bags of melting ice in the freezer and hot cans of soda in the fridge. Once Cami finally responded (via text) I attempted to call her, but she told me she was on another call. Once I was finally able to speak with her, she was very condescending, laughing telling me that she was just at the house yesterday and the fridge worked fine (she did the same thing regarding the code before I found the correct gate and instructions) It wasn't until the evening of day 2 (5p-8p) that she was able to get someone out to look at the fridge. She then told me an untruth that the technician told her the fridge was working fine. But per my daughter, he told her that he reset the fridge and "it should begin to cool down" which it did not. Day 3 I informed Cami that the refrigerator was still not working, she basically treated me like everything I told her was a lie. I informed her that I had planned brunch and dinner, but those plans are spoiled. Bad manager experience.

We have since taken immediate steps to replace the faulty appliance. We understand that this situation caused inconvenience for you as our guest. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded you the cost of the food affected and any related inconvenience you experienced. We genuinely hope that these measures, taken to rectify the situation, have contributed to mitigating the inconvenience you encountered. Please accept our apologies for the experience you had during your stay, and rest assured that we are committed to providing a superior guest experience.

I informed her that I had planned to prepare brunch and dinner over the next two days for my husband's birthday, but those plans have been spoiled, and I had to spend MUCH more money than I expected due to not having a kitchen. We weren't able to enjoy the amenities as expected because we couldn't cook or even store the food we got when dining out. To add insult to injury, she claimed my story was untrue even after I attached the entire text conversation to the complaint email. The bright side is that after speaking with Lesley from Evolve, I was able to recover some of the money spent on unexpected eating out. I wish we could have enjoyed the house more.
