  • Perfect Place to Experience Phoenix

    Location and townhome accommodations were perfect place to getaway for month of March. The home was nicely decorated, large private patio, close walking distance to South Mountain and loved the use of the golf pathways for a stroll around sunset time and frequently visited the community pool and jacuzzi. Ideal for checking out Phoenix’s local attractions like MLB ballparks, Barrett Jackson, numerous golf courses and great restaurant scene!

    The only reasons I didn’t give a 5-star rating is the patio area needed some fresh gardening, cleanup care and patio paver repair. Owner said he was transitioning to a new landscaping service so hopefully will see some improvement there.

    Owner was reachable during our stay and accommodating to our needs. Once we had a electrical issue with a circuit breaker tripping, so he drove over to help. Also gifted us a meal to Rustlers Roost because our townhome wasn’t ready upon our arrival.

    I would highly recommend staying here. The only setback is the home has only 1 full bath making it difficult to host adult friends staying with you but other than that it is a great place!

    This is a very comfortable unit with everything we needed for a great one-week stay. Loved being able to walk up to South Mountain park from our front door. Beds and linens were very nice - we slept well. And the manager was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we did have. I'd be happy to stay there again if we're in the area.

  • Staycation!

    My husband and I decided to celebrate his 60th birthday in a secluded area of town that I used to live in over 30 years ago. It was a relaxing long holiday weekend. We enjoyed a round of golf at the Arizona Grand resort and hiking the trails. Highly recommend this townhome for a staycation!
