• Beautiful Property

  This beautiful Peoria Desert Oasis was exactly what we were looking for to bring our family on vacation. The home was very clean and spacious for our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children). Having a large refrigerator in the kitchen and another smaller one by the outdoor bar was very nice to accommodate all of our groceries and refreshments. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe taking our morning walks. It was a short drive for us to take the family to Brewer Spring Training game at American Family Field. Our days were spent waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee out on the very spacious back patio, enjoying the swimming pool, playing cards by the outdoor bar area, and barbecuing our dinner. We even had a surprise visit from an ice cream truck that came through the neighborhood. The kids were very excited!! Having a T.V. on the patio was a very nice added touch for us to enjoy the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament while enjoying the beautiful Arizona sun!

  Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us and allowing us to make many wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime! We highly recommend this home to others and wouldn't hesitate bringing our family back to sunny and warm Peoria, AZ for a vacation again!!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Terramar! Better than the pictures can show. Super clean, spacious and so comfortable! Communication with Evolve was fantastic due to their super quick response. Love the location as it's close to hiking trails and short drive to Peoria Sports Complex to watch Spring training! Would rent again and highly recommend to others with no hesitation! 5 stars

  We rented this beautiful home to not only house my husband and myself but also my siblings and their spouses who were coming in from out of state for our daughter’s wedding. We love the convenience of this home’s location. Grocery stores and fine dining or quick bite options are easily found. The home was spotless upon arrival. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen bar was our favorite spot to gather in the morning to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. We found the kitchen amenities to be plentiful for all our needs. The large refrigerator was so helpful in storing food for our guests as well as some items for the wedding. The separate living rooms allowed for cozy conversations in one room while others enjoyed watching football in the other. The gorgeous backyard patio was the ideal spot to soak in the AZ sunshine. We highly recommend this home!

• Beautiful home… convenient location!

  While we live in Peoria (in the same neighborhood as this home)we needed a space to house my siblings and spouses who were traveling in from out of state for our daughter’s wedding. Since the bridal party was occupying our own home my husband and myself also stayed at this Evolve property.

  This home was spotless upon entry! The expansive kitchen island was our morning gathering spot. We enjoyed reminiscing chats while sipping on fresh brewed coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

  The separate living rooms allowed for cozy conversations in one room while others caught the NFL playoff games in the other.

  The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The main bedroom suite was perfect for mother of the bride prepping.

  Our evenings were spent on the very private back patio after relaxing evening strolls around the neighborhood. We love this neighborhood… it’s close to grocery shopping, fine dining, and quick bite options.

  We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future should the need arise.
