Relaxing and luxurious
5/5 So many extras packed into this beautiful and spacious home! Mornings and evenings on the deck and a surprise visit from the local javelinas to boot. Look forward to booking again.

A wonderful stay in Payson, Arizona...
5/5 The house on Pine Street was wonderful. There were views off the wrap-around deck, the beds were comfortable, and the house was really clean. There was a TV on the deck near the barbeque; though, I could not the remote, not a big deal. The owner put in tones of LED lights to brighten up the house. The AC worked great and a smart thermostat was installed to help keep the house cool. The location was nice, a quiet neighborhood and we all slept well at night. There are not bathtubs in the house and that was fine for us for none of kids were that small; instead, two stand-up shower stalls and everything worked. In the garage There was a Samsung upright washer & dryer and there was even laundry soap and dryer sheets. The kitchen was lovely, nicely stocked with spices, dishes, pans, and we had everything we needed to cook from home.
We only used the outdoor gas grill once - it functioned smoothly - no issues. I had tiny problem with the gas fire pit on the deck (the one with the blue rocks), but the owner called me and walked me through a few steps and we got it lit. Yes, I would stay at this rental house again.
