It is rare these days that you find good customer service. It is even rarer to find such service that demonstrates kindness, humanitarianism and sincerity. The owners were very welcoming and informative prior to the stay. Just prior to the scheduled stay our daughter had an asthma flare up and we could not make the trip because her asthma could not handle the air quality (from nearby forest fires). The owners were understanding and compassionate when addressing our situation. I am so appreciative of their quick responses and willingness to help us. This is the epitome of hospitality. We will be going back very soon!
This house is in a great location and is well maintained. Eric (the owner) was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Friendly neighbors give pointers for some great spots to visit. Would certainly stay here again!
My family & I had a wonderful time at Whispering Pines. The cottage was decorated beautifully. Looked just like the photos. It was nice having 2 living rooms so that people could spread out into different areas. The dining room worked great for family meals & games. The 7 yr old & 4 yr old had fun pushing trucks down the hallway & between rooms. They also enjoyed the selection of movies/games in the front closet. We all enjoyed sitting out by the firepit at night. The string lights made it extra special. We sat in the rocking chairs during the rainstorm. My niece & her family took several scenic hikes & the 2 kids tried a little fishing. On our last day we all drove down to the creek . The scenery was beautiful. It was so great to see elk & cows along the road. Several of us took a ride into Payson to browse through a couple antique shops. The whole family really enjoyed the weekend & look forward to future trips at the cottage.
Eric, the owner, was a very gracious host.
My children and I really enjoyed this past weekend at the property. Close to river crossings and hikes. Home was clean and well stocked. Host was quick to respond and helpful! Thank you!
