Exploring Payson
5/5 This was a perfect house to explore Payson and have our dogs. Everything was as it was shown and stated on the site. The primary bathroom was a bit small for my 6’8” husband. But, he’s used to it, haha!

Scam in Payson
1/5 My family and I stayed at this house for a weekend of fishing. Everything went well. All the check out instructions were followed. A couple hours after getting home I received a text message from the property owner stating that the cleaning lady found that the two beds in the property were found broken. The owner stated that a claim would be filed and someone would contact me with maintenance charges etc. they sent pictures that I didn’t recognize. I informed the owner that I had pictures and videos of how I left the property which I immediately sent them. No one ever contacted me after that. Unfortunately, it was the owner apparently trying to scam me. Beware of scammers
