Great Location
4/5 Unit is nicely updated. Exterior of complex has some wood rot and pealing paint that needs to be addressed. Not as quiet as we had hoped. We could hear the neighbors above us and on the other side of our shared wall.

From the owner: "Thank you for the review, David. The HOA is actually in the process of scraping and repainting all of the buildings. Unfortunately, ours is the last of the complex to be re-painted. These older condos have a bit of neighbor noise but they also have tons of charm that you can't find elsewhere! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back in the future."

5/5 We had a wonderful time at your condo! It was super clean and looked exactly like the photos! The location could NOT be beat! Plenty of restaurants, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s and Walgreens within walking distance! On top of easy access to Old Town! This is a keeper and will DEFINITELY come back to stay again!
