    A lot of work has to be done to upkeep this property and definitely needs to be inspected between stays.

    When we arrived the following happened

    1. The smell in the house was disturbing and coming like it was kept closed uncleaned for long

    2. The dishwasher was clogged and not working.

    3. There were cobwebs in most of the windows indicating how it was either not cleaned or not really ready to rent the space out

    4. The master bedroom mattress was a old school spring mattress which would definitely not be a good sleep for decently built adults.

    5. The sofa futon mattress was a 4" foam only as the 7th and 8th person bed. Definitely needs to be replaced with a decent sofa cum bed options available in the market.

    6. This is in city of Page but 8miles way more closer to the border of AZ and UT

    Rest we cut down our trip and stepped out of the house the next morning citing all the above.

    -We stayed in communication during your visit, responded quickly to your concerns, and worked to resolve them, offering a resolution to help make up for the inconvenience, which was accepted during your stay.
    -Cleanliness is very important to us, and the home is cleaned between each stay. We’ll be reinforcing expectations to ensure the home is fresh, properly aired out, and ready for arriving guests.
    -We’re sorry to hear about the dishwasher and will be having it inspected to ensure it’s working properly. We’re also taking your feedback into account as we continue improving the mattresses and sleeping arrangements.
    -This home is offered at a fair price point and has only recently started welcoming guests. We’ve also received great feedback from previous guests, so your input is especially valuable as we continue to improve the experience. The homeowner has already upgraded several appliances, with more improvements to come.
