    Host was communicative previous to ckin!Upon ckin I noted the used appearance of the furnishings, particularly couch, big chairs- nothing matched so it was obviously older used items, esp the couch. All Oversized for the room space. Upon moving in @an evening hour I heard alot of street traffic sounds, loud motors, trucks, motorcycles. BEWARE!!!!! The street noise is constant, day& night!Quiet time is 1am-5am.Even with sound machines,provided by owner upon request, the sounds are still loud& what you get with your stay is constant noise!!! Sound machines& street noise, together or separately…. U can choose!I stayed for a month& Ive never been so tired of NOISE!The online pictures show an updated appearance of the unit. The inperson experience is more an older, well used unit that could use some upgrade&renovating! Linens& towels included!(many towels smelled sour& i rewashed to try to override that)The good things: nice fridge, washer/dryer, gd size closet in master, garage space, large tv in lv rm!Owner is responsive, but ignored a conversation about a small refund for the noise issue! I told him it was highway robbery what they are charging& not listing the noise aspect at all! The rate should be reduced& the home profile should list the busy street noise! IT IS AN ISSUE!Sitting outside isnt relaxing when you feel like you are sitting in the street! So that is not a bonus! I tried it, more than once- why bother? I can leave& go ride or hike for ambiance!

    - To address your concerns regarding the street noise, we provided two white noise machines and even offered alternative accommodations, which were declined.

    - Our property is an updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, and we ensure our listing photos accurately represent the current furnishings and layout.

    - We take pride in our high cleaning standards; all linens are professionally laundered, and the unit is thoroughly sanitized between stays.

    - While we are always open to feedback, we do not provide refunds in exchange for reviews. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent experience for all our guests.

    - We also appreciated the opportunity to pack up and return the items left behind after your late checkout.
