Tennis trip
4/5 this house is huge but more set up for a family and not a group of women. 2 bd’s have private ba which leaves the other 3 rooms to share 1 bath. The pool is nice and big but the weather was too cold when we were there. Very clean and comfortable.

Large and comfy with some issues.
3/5 Large, Comfy home. Small bag of trash was in hall upstairs when we arrived. Overall cleanliness was fine. A couple of the bathtubs need a deep cleaning. Found the heating system uneven with some rooms hot when others were cold.

Hi Roger, we're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, though we're sorry that some aspects didn’t meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback with the owner, they’d like to share the following:
-Regarding the trash bag in the hall, it appears the housekeeper inadvertently missed it while preparing for your arrival. We will make sure to address this to prevent it from happening in the future.
-The tubs are being replaced due to the worn finish, though they were not actually unclean. Both will be upgraded promptly.
-The heating and cooling system operates separately for the upstairs and downstairs, which may not have been clear when adjusting the temperature. It’s possible this setup was unfamiliar to the guest.

5/5 We were a family of 10 adults. We had 4 couples and 2 young adults. The bedrooms accommodated us very nicely. The location was great for golf at Wigwam Golf resort. We were in town for the Fiesta Bowl and found the distance to State Farm Arena perfect. We would definitely rent again. Directions and info from Brian were a nice help.
