The neighborhood offers walking paths that lead to a duck pond and a few playgrounds. The path also connects to the Laveen Canal Convergence for longer walks down the 6 mile greenway. There's so much to do you won't need to venture far, but when you are ready to explore, you'll be close to attractions such as the Desert Botanical Garden, Camelback Mountain for hiking and breathtaking views, as well as museums and events. For a day trip, consider visiting Sedona just a couple of hours away.

    This is the main area of improvement and will be a primary detractor for using this service again. We selected this home because of the pool, the hot tub, the games; yet the ping pong table had one paddle, the video games had either no games, or no batteries, the hottub was half full, smelled very chemically and we were asked to fill it ourselves, the propane tank on the fire pit was disconnected. Further the a/c appeared to only work in the master bedroom. The home is beautiful and has potential, the execution was a miss.
