A Quiet Place
4/5 This is an excellent house for a family that prefers a quiet setting in the woods. It has indoor and outdoor sitting areas and is not far from the venues in Pine Top. There are areas that I think would be helpful to know more about. We could not find a place to turn on the air condition (perhaps there was none). The rooms did have fans. The TV is set up for screaming. We could not find network TV. The refrigerator apparently has an ice maker, but it does not make ice. The dishwasher is very noisy. The access point for the lake is not within walking distance for most people. Bring you own wine bottle opener and glasses. Despite the forgoing, we found the house to be quite charming and nicely appointed.

Regarding the thermostat, we do have a smart thermostat, and we will make sure to add instructions on how to use it for the next guests. The ice maker working just needs to turn on. Loved it!
5/5 This place was so cozy and fun for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the details of the house, the patio in the evening and making smores at night. Next time we come to town, we will be staying here.

Father’s Day Weekend 2024
5/5 Very impressed, house was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable with 8 adults and one small child. No issues at all would highly recommend this place and we will be back when possible.
