  Here comes the good and not so good......The cabin itself was comfortable and very clean. We loved both of the decks (comfortable outdoor furniture and 2 bbq's). The microwave quit working 1 day after we got there. The response was quick when I called to report it but there was no other communication from any representatives. Thus, no microwave for our stay. The dishwasher is extremely loud and sounded like it might need to be replaced also. If you are looking for a woodsy setting, this cabin is not for you. The neighborhood was lovely but did not have that much of a mountain feel. There is an abundance of street noise as the cabin is located very close to White Mountain Blvd. Our son and I loved fishing off of the pond. Here's a fishing hint, use hotdogs to catch catfish.

  We were seeking quiet, cool place to escape extreme summer temps! This cabin did the trick! Give it a try!

  The pictures don’t do it justice. The cabin is very inviting and very clean. You feel right at home. We relaxed on the decks and my husband fished off the pier and caught 25 fish in one hour. We will come back. Wonderful experience.

• Summer getaway

  The pictures of this cabin don’t do it justice. As you Walk through the front door you feel like you’re home. We really enjoyed our time there and spent most of our time relaxing on the decks. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and actually caught 25 fish. We will be returning for another stay here. Also we have never stayed in a cabin that was super clean.
