Lake Montezuma
5/5 Despite the hiccup with check-in it was handled expeditiously. The Lake Montezuma area delivered!! It was such a nice place to stay. I strongly recommend the nearby Peach Tree Cafe. The home was updated and comfortable. I just ignored the spiders, and they ignored me. Overall, great stay.

2/5 Some one obviously stays ajensant to the home or there are critters . There were weird noises starting at 4 am this morning. Sounded like someone dropping something. The place was not that clean considering the 175 cccleaning fee.

From the Owner: "We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. The neighbor does leave early for work as a tradesman, and it’s possible some noise came from him loading his van. We also take great care to keep the attic critter-free, though being in a rural area, it’s not uncommon for deer or javelina to knock over trash cans in search of food. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad you chose to stay with us."
Lake Montezuma area stay
4/5 The home is beautiful and well appointed. Easy location to travel to and from. We had difficulty regulating the heat. We set it but after it got to temperature it cycled to cooler air andtbe mornings were chilly. Recommend going into Cottonwood for meals. Jerome was a great visit too. Host was very responsive.
