3/5 Booked this as it was listed a pet friendly. It was and had a fenced in backyard for the dogs to run. Not huge but appreciated. Property is new and clean but lacks the amenities needed for longer than an overnight stay. We booked 14 days and had to buy the following for the kitchen. Chef knife, can opener, measuring spoon, measuring cup. Etc. cleaning supplies were minimal with no vacuum or swiffer for marble floors. There was a couple working on 2 units maybe the owner but never really interacted with us. 3 rd day we discovered that the dishwasher wasn’t filling and called the evolve agent to report but never got a call back and dishwasher is still broke. Bottom line this place and location have a lot of potential if rental agent does their job and makes sure it is fully outfitted.

We were not aware of the issue with the dishwasher during your stay; had we been notified, we would have arranged for it to be repaired promptly. Regarding the kitchen items, we are continually updating and adding amenities as we are able to enhance the guest experience. In addition, we will be adding a vacuum cleaner soon to provide even more convenience and comfort for future stays.
