  The home was beautiful and as described. Communication and check-in were wonderful. We did notice that one of the lounge chairs by the pool was completely ripped and I notified the manager and she apologized. I neglected to share the few cracks in the tile floor with the manager but took a picture of it as I was sure this was an old crack.

  I didn't see in the listing about the fee for heating the hot tub, but it was written in the instruction book left on the counter.

  All in all, it was a wonderful stay and a beautiful home.

  PS: One thing I just remembered and forgot to share with the manager. When the AC was on, it was making horrible noises. My husband noticed that the air filters were full and we did keep one out so that when they cleaned, they would notice it.

  This was really a great place to stay. There was only minor issues with cleanliness, nothing that would cause me not to stay here again.

  The only issue i had this the property is the fact that i searched and booked this house due to it stating it had a heated pool. Although the pool could be heated it was stated in the house rule book not to heat it. Other than the inaccurate description of the pool being heated, it was overall a great house!

• Not as advertised

  Door code did not work upon arrival. House was very dirty. Rug in living room was brown original color was white. Dishes and glasses in cabinet had food residue as well as build up from the dishwasher. We had to wash everything by hand. The sour smell coming out of the washing machine was very overpowering.

  In the VRBO app it was advertised smart tv’s throughout. Lie! 1 in the living room one in the master, the one in the master was not hooked up to the internet. The two remaining bedrooms only had the wall mounts no tv.

  When you arrive and look at the rules and instructions etc. that is where you are informed that as per their ad on air bnb there is a $25 DAILY FEE to heat the hot tub.

  If you notice in the pictures, all of the light are on, that is because the living area is very dark.

  Moving outside you must wear footwear outside. The stones are broken and the pieces are very sharp.

  This is my second attempt to leave an honest review. Evolve only seems to look for the 5 star reviews. No reviews from February 23 beyond speaks volumes.

As for the door code, I am sorry it was having a glitch upon your arrival but I was able to get it fixed within minutes of you calling to let me know about the issue. Regarding the TVs you had asked upon arrival if there were TVs in rooms and you were informed there was one in the living room and master bedroom.
  
  I am unaware of any of the other issues you experienced as you never reached out to me about any of them. If you had they would have been taken care of properly as that is in no way the usual condition of our home.

• Super relaxing, fully equiped place

  Trying to beat the heat, we could not have found a better place. With an additional exercise room I would have given this place an 11 out of 10
