Everything You Need
5/5 This home was spacious for our 16 person stay. Multiple beds and rooms with access to all areas of the home and guest house. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all necessities. Televisions in almost every room. Backyard area is large with the pool, a spa, and an outdoor covered dining area with propane grill. Plenty of parking inside a garage and on both driveways. Conveniently located near downtown Havasu and one of the main marinas for those with a water vessel. 5 stars all around!
My only recommendation is regarding the cleaning fee with the few chores that are required. Although they are minimal chores, for the amount of the cleaning fee we think there shouldn’t be any chores. Just a disclaimer if guests leave an excessive mess they are liable for any extra services would go a long way to ensure guests respect this house the same as their own.
