Nice property for the price
5/5 Very clean, easy access to all areas of interest. Fenced yard was nice for dog. Plenty of linens. Overall, enjoyable. World be nice to have a safety bar in the shower.

Visiting friends
4/5 The house was very liveable. There were a few convenience things that were missing that we shared with the manager. Hopefully those things will be taken care of for the next visitors. Please note that the garage is NOT available to visitors. We missed this in the listing. This could be a deal killer on a longer stay. It was hot and sunny and the car baked in the driveway. In addition, because of the direction of the backyard, there was not a bit of shade in the afternoons. Thankfully, we hung out with friends our whole time there. With the hot weather, we would have been stuck inside otherwise. This is a new listing and there's room for improvement. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. By making the garage available and doing something for afternoon shade in the backyard, we would not hesitate to come back.

3/5 Property had everything we needed - linens , kitchen items, etc. good space and floor layout of the house . But ... it's clearly not a non -smoking house even though it's listed as no smoking in the policy. I did laundry while there and every single item needed rewashed when we returned home. I've been doing VRBO for a long time and this house didn't have any extra nice touches or a homey feel. Basics - generic everything form the paper products to the Dollar Store kitchen utensils. I rent for VRBO so I feel more comfortable. Although this met our needs I give it a meh rating.
