Nice and clean
5/5 Easy to book. House nice and clean not the normal do a quick once over. Everything was comfortable and hot tub was. Jean and ready to go. Would definitely recommend
Very Nice
3/5 The house was very nice. I was so please to have such great air conditioning. Everything was about 5 to 10 minutes away. It was clean and the perfect amount of space for us.
My only criticism is the showers were hot. You could not control the water for them to get cool. Temp outside was 112 so a cool shower would have been nice. The king size bed was comfortable, but the other two queen beds were slightly hard. There is a cleaning fee, but I don't see why if they have you strip the beds, pile your dirty towels in the middle of the floor, do the dishes, and take out the trash or an additional fee will be required. I think the cleaning fee should be refunded or greatly reduced.

- During the summer, it's typical for the water to take a few minutes to cool down in the shower due to the heat, which is a common occurrence in Havasu.
- We value guest comfort and to clarify, both queen rooms have new beds. We've received positive feedback about the variety of bed softness, with no prior complaints but we're sorry if they didn't meet your preference in comfort.
- As a common standard practice in vacation rentals, we kindly request guests to strip the beds before checkout to simplify the cleaning process and identify used linens. Regarding trash disposal, we suggest guests dispose of their trash to maintain a sanitary environment for our cleaners.
- While the property is managed by Evolve, we strive to be transparent with our guests at every stage of the booking process and do break down all rates and fees before the reservation is confirmed. All taxes and fees are clearly outlined at check-out before confirming your stay. As we are in the hospitality industry, the prices will fluctuate based on many factors depending on the time of booking the reservation. In addition, considering all the amenities provided to all of our guests, we believe that you received an excellent value for your stay.
