Welcoming, clean and comfortable
5/5 The house was like being at home. We were all surprised by how comfortable we were immediately upon entering the home. One of the nicest features of the house was the way we could enjoy our time together yet still have private areas to retreat to. Everyone in our party would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family

5/5 The property was as listed and perfect for our team to come to town and do some work at our engine builders shop for our race truck. The house was a comfortable place to sleep for our team.

Good condition. the pool/pingpong table was kinda rough
3/5 We chose this VRBO based on pics. and loved that it had ping-pong/pool/air hockey table. The table itself was, Well, kinda hammered and really didn't work. Normally I wouldn't care about something as trivial as a game table, but it was showcased in the pics, and was the reason for our choosing this VRBO. Otherwise the property was clean and stocked with basic amenities such as towels and a coffee maker. During our stay the weather turned poor for our travels home, and we needed to stay another night. I tried 3 times to communicate with the property owner to extend our stay and had ZERO response. (This is the reason for my low rating). I DO recommend this property, just be sure your you don't need to communicate with the host.

Great Place to Stay!!
5/5 We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was communicative and the space was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooftop patio was gorgeous and gave a great view of the city. Overall, very comfortable accommodations.

Havasu Golf Weekend
4/5 The experience was very enjoyable. We liked the small patio above the garage and the view was fantastic. The only small suggestion are the carpets need a good cleaning and the wash clothes need to be replaced. The living room lounge chairs were very comfortable but the kitchen dining set was worn.As I said we enjoyed the visit and it was good for 3 guys but a family might feel it needs updating.
