  Loved the game room garage! Played a bunch of ping pong. Would love to stay there again in a couple months if the fireplace can be fixed…was looking forward to turning it on at night and no flame.

  - The refrigerator is functioning correctly, but we noticed the setting was at max, which may have caused some items to freeze
  - The installation of new blinds was already scheduled for after your stay, and has now been completed
  - The nearby highway construction is unfortunately outside of our control, but it seems the work has progressed further down the road since your visit

  Cabin was cute, but we had ongoing issues with TV in the living room - satellite is terrible and the TV program we were trying to watch constantly froze up. Had to end up getting out some DVD's in the cabinet under the TV. Mini-split went out on us for a bit and we had to re-set the circuit breaker, per contact's advise. We got out the tower fans (1 in the living room and 1 in upstairs bedroom) and they were filthy with months of accumulated dust. Cabin seems run down. Pots/pans in kitchen were horrible and the outdoor grill was very old and filthy, so didn't want to cook on that. Game room was good, but can only watch VHS tapes on it which were Disney movies (couldn't watch regular TV).

  The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
  -The property currently uses a satellite internet service, which can be less reliable in remote areas. The homeowner has recently purchased Starlink, and they plan to have it installed by the end of the month to improve the internet connection. We offer DVDs and VHS tapes for entertainment when the internet connection is weak.
  -The mini-split A/C unit is serviced annually, and power surges in the mountains can occasionally cause it to trip the breaker, which is a failsafe mechanism.
  -The cleaning team has been informed about the dusty fans, and they will ensure these are properly cleaned going forward.
  -The homeowner has recently ordered new jute blinds and a new BBQ grill, which are scheduled to be installed soon.
  -The homeowner is continuously working on improvements to the cabin.

• Love this cabin!

  This cabin was meticulously clean. It was comfortable, nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The game room is amazing with so much to do. It’s the perfect hang out spot whether it’s hot or too cold to go outside. This is the best cabin we have ever rented and we will definitely return when we visit family in Heber again.
