5/5 We enjoyed a lovely stay at this quiet cabin located conveniently close to Greer's main street and local hiking trails. Cabin was clean and cute inside, with comfortable beds! Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the property manager was friendly and communicative. The only thing is, the description states you can walk to the Colorado River, which is not entirely true. We set out on foot from our cabin, and walked and walked (cutting through other people's property) and found a small little stream of the Little Colorado River, but this is not really a walkable area, and there is no river flowing nearby. Not a huge deal but a little off-putting when we were imagining walks along the river from our cabin - definitely not happening. But not a dealbreaker - we still loved our stay here, and beautiful trails are all around the area via a short car ride!

Weekend getaway
5/5 Everything was clean, nicely prepared, and ready to go. It’s a beautiful location, and feels very remote despite having multiple cabins close by, it is perfectly situated to feel private without being too remote.
Did Not Stay Here BUT Superb Handling of an Emergency Situation
5/5 We actually weren't able to stay in the cabin due to a wildfire evacuation, but I wanted to commend the owners and the Evolve management company on their efforts to reach us and help us find other accommodations. We were contacted immediately by the owner and the management company, and we were sent lists of potential other lodgings. Our refund was promptly administered. They went above and beyond to help us, which was super nice, as they were facing very real loss of property themselves. As it turned out, we were already in AZ at the time staying in another cabin, and we easily were able to extend our stay, so our plans weren't disrupted too much. We wish the owners the best of luck with their cabins and hope nothing was damaged. We will hopefully be back to see and experience this beautiful part of Arizona and stay here in the future!
