- There is a required guest form that must be filled out before your arrival. Please see the Additional Documents section below for more information
- This property is located in a gated community. If arriving during business hours, please see the gate attendant and provide them with your name and the property address. The after-hours gate code is 7987
- The key to access the home is located inside a lockbox. The code is 1515
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
