Great place, management lacking
4/5 The house itself was great for our stay. Nice neighborhood, clean, comfortable beds. The only issue was communication with the management company. We didn't receive the correct code to get in and didn't hear back from them for 2 hours. There also wasn't info in the house with things like the wifi password, so we had to message to ask for that and also for things like the pool key. Again, house is great, management company's communication was not. Also, pool in the neighborhood is not heated.

Rio Paseo House
5/5 House is terrific, though it isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues as all the bedrooms are upstairs. House is ver spacious consisting of family room, living room, dining room, well-appointed kitchen and full bathroom on the first floor. Three spacious bedrooms, laundry room as well as two additional bathrooms are upstairs. A small but nicely laid out yard with a grill, bistro set and 4 Adirondack charis around a table/firepit, make for a cozy setting. Will seek out this house for next visit to Goodyear and highly recommend it.
