Why can't everything in a rented house work?
3/5 From the start the front door digital pad had issues to the point we no longer were able to access the front door and utilized the back door. Additionally the 'mega-DIY' master shower was the weirdest locker room shower we have ever seen in our lives. Also I neglected to mention this did not work. Why rent this house if everything doesn't work including the front door?

Hi Shannon, we want our guests to enjoy a seamless stay, so we’re sorry to hear you experienced issues with the keypad and shower. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We further investigated your concerns and can confirm the front door keypad is functioning properly, but it does require each number to be pressed individually, followed by a brief pause to allow the lock to engage or disengage.
- The master shower is designed as a spacious, dual rain-shower setup, which may be different from what some guests are used to. There was a minor blockage in one of the showerheads that has since been cleared, and it is now working as intended.

5/5 We had an incredible experience at this property! The host was amazing and accommodating. We had all cooking supplies that we needed and more! The property was so clean and nice! The location was beautiful and perfect for grocery shopping and fast food. We will likely be staying here again for our next family vacation.
