Short winter trip away
4/5 Nice home with large master bedroom & comfortable bed. Nice master bath. Enjoyed the back part of house with kitchen/dining/family room area overlooking the patio & golf course. Nice light & sunshine during the day. Blinds on those windows for night would be nice. Tv's all work different which we did not care for. A gas grill would have been great & a garage door remote also. Had neighbors on one side only & they were so quiet. Had road on other side which was a little busy at times. Nice neighborhood for walking. All 3 garbage bins were filled to the top. Pretty patio area with small covered upper area & larger lower area. We enjoyed our stay!

Phoenix Oasis Review
4/5 Beautiful patio area to enjoy the view (beautiful sunrises, pond, golf course, etc.) - beautiful home. The reason for the 4 star rating was the initial lack of hot water at the beginning of our stay and then not being able to use the dishwasher for the duration of our stay. The hot water issue was corrected in the evening of our day 2 stay.
Great Location
5/5 This was a great location. Close to hiking trails, bars, restaurants. Pond had ducks, geese, egrets to watch. Great backyard to relax and enjoy the view.
